This was accomplished by streamlining processes, creating and implementing SOPs, resulting in processing time reduced from 21 days to 5.

Facilitated business development and digital transformation initiatives, including implementing customer-driven business plan and strategies, authoring RFPs, and finalizing financial documents. Engaged and collaborated with vendors, marking history as first-ever NCAA system of this size built with vendor. During my time with the NCAA, I drove innovation and transformation with built-in scalability by leading the effort to build a unified case management system. We were tasked with combining 3 existing organizations and one newly formed organization into one fully-integrated application on the Salesforce platform.
In the process of building the system, I coached 3 SMEs in the Product Owner role, enabling the organizations to understand their product and collaborate with cross-functional agile team to ensure a continuous flow of value.

Led largest collective effort for major insurance company in largest migration to cloud in Liberty Mutual Insurance history; collaborated with multiple development, platform, and infrastructure teams to coordinate Informatica (from on-prem to cloud) and Guidewire 10 migration efforts. This 12 month-endeavor required coordination across multiple Agile Release Trains, with my managing a cross-functional team from 6 squads. Expert risk and issue management strategies were critical to the successful implementation.

Agile methodology were employed to change project scope and meet aggressive timeline, transcending goal by 80%.
